OPEN CASTING CALL: Portrait Registration Period

The Yearbook opens to the entire Manhattan nightlife community — drag artists, kings, dancers, DJs, bartenders, staff, superfans, and icons-in-training.

Anyone wishing to appear in the yearbook must register for a portrait during this window.

At registration, participants will:
✔ Submit basic info
✔ Choose Standard, VIP, or Patron-tier portraits
✔ Nominate themselves for “Most Likely” / “Least Likely” categories
✔ Join the official Yearbook mailing list for updates

📍 MARCH 9 – MARCH 31, 2026

PORTRAIT SESSIONS + COMMUNITY VOTING

Portrait Days (Public announcement)

Two official portrait events will be held in Manhattan (DATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE, NOT CONFIRMED):
📸 Saturday, March 14
📸 Monday, March 16

All registered participants may attend either day, no scheduled time slots needed.

HKNY Entertainment will send biweekly email updates with instructions, reminders, location details, and prep tips.

Community Voting Begins — MARCH 9

Everyone who registered for the Yearbook receives a private ballot link.

Participants will vote in all eligible categories, including:

✨ Least Likely To…

Voting remains open through March 31.

📍 APRIL 1 – APRIL 30, 2026

YEARBOOK PRODUCTION + FINAL SALES WINDOW

HKNY Entertainment begins assembling the Manhattan Nightlife Yearbook:

✔ Editing portraits
✔ Designing class pages
✔ Incorporating voting results
✔ Laying out special features, memorials, and the Patron of the Queer Arts section
✔ Finalizing sponsor and advertiser placements
✔ Preparing digital + print-ready files

Yearbook Pre-Orders Remain Open Until April 30.
This is the last day to secure a hardcover or digital copy before printing.

📍 MAY 1, 2026

FINAL YEARBOOK FILES SUBMITTED TO PRINTER

All materials are delivered to the printing partner to guarantee arrival before Pride Month.

Digital copies begin processing immediately.

📍 JUNE 1, 2026

🎉 YEARBOOK SIGNING PARTY — OFFICIAL LAUNCH

A glamorous kickoff to Pride Month.

Attendees can:
✔ Pick up their physical yearbooks
✔ Get signatures from nightlife royalty
✔ Take photos at the Royal Flame backdrop
✔ Celebrate the winners of all “Most Likely” categories
✔ Toast to Manhattan nightlife in true HKNY fashion

This becomes the first annual “Manhattan Nightlife Yearbook Summer.”
